Not all replacement canopies are compatible or interchangeable with other models. You agree that you have made absolutely sure the canopy and/or netting replacement you are purchasing will fit your model. If the incorrect item is ordered: All shipping costs (to and from) is to be paid in full by the customer and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The item must be returned undamaged, and with care, within 60 days of the purchase date. If you received the correct item and it was damaged or defective, we will accept a return within 60 days of purchase. For all returns, please fill out the form located under the “Contact Us” menu.

This does not include metal, hardware, connectors, privacy panel, netting, props used in the photo, or wall fabric. When you receive your order, please examine the material for any flaws or defects. If there is an issue please call 1-866-578-6569 for assistance.
Currently we can only ship to the United States and Canada. We cannot ship to military bases.
